PAYMENT POLICY:
For booking with the standard rate:
If booking is cancelled or modified up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If booking is cancelled or modified later or in case of failure to be present, 100 percent of the first
night will be charged.
For bookings with a non-refundable rate:
If booking is cancelled, modified or in case of failure to be present, the total price for the booking
will be charged.
The total price of booking will be charged at any time after booking.
In case of payment with holiday vouchers:
The value paid is considered non-refundable (see booking conditions with non-refundable rate)
CHILDREN POLICY:
All children are welcome.
We can supply baby cot on request.
One child under 7 years stays free of charge when using existing beds.
One child from 7 to 16 years is charged RON 90 per night in an extra bed with breakfast included.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
Any type of extra bed must be requested and must be confirmed by the accommodation facility.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will be paid separately during
your stay.

Taxes:
RESCUE TAX
Payers: All persons staying in an accommodation facility located in the city of Sinaia (including tourist
chalets), managed by individuals and/or legal entities.
The accommodation facility has the obligation to calculate and collect the mountain rescue fee once
the accommodated persons are registered.
Fee: 6 lei/person, for one day of accommodation, regardless of the length of stay and regardless of
age.
TOURIST PROMOTION TAX OF THE LOCALITY
Tax: 2% of the value of accommodation rates, excluding VAT, for each night of accommodation;
Payers: The persons who benefit from accommodation services, through the hotel units that carry
out activities within the city of Sinaia;

Tax: 0.5% of the value of the bill, excluding VAT, for public restaurants units within reception
structures with accommodation functions
The taxes mentioned above are NOT included in the accommodation rate and must be paid
separately.
MOUNTAIN VIEW ROOM POLICY:
For rooms with mountain views a supplement of 40 RON/day is paid.
PET POLICY:
Pets are not allowed in our unit.
