ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Pentru camerele cu vedere spre munte se achita un supliment de 100,00 RON/camera/noapte.
- Children up to 7 years of age benefit from free accommodation and breakfast (no extra bed), and at the restaurant they will have a place at the table without a menu. You can opt for a children's menu, which has to be specified at the time of booking.
- – Copiii cu varsta intre 7 si 12 ani vor achita un supliment de 300,00 RON, in cazul pachetelor de 3 nopti si 360,00 RON in cazul pachetelor de 4 nopti (cu loc la masa fara meniu inclus, fara pat suplimentar). Comanda pentru masa festiva pentru ei se face la check-in.
- Copiii peste 12 ani se incadreaza in conditiile tarifului de adult si intra in tariful camerei duble standard cu pat suplimentar.
- The structure of the double rooms allows only one extra bed (extendable armchair).
- Local taxes are not included (safety tax 6.00 RON per person, tourist tax 2% of the total value of the accommodation).
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Reservations can be canceled free of charge 30 days before the arrival date.
Between 30 days and 20 days, before the arrival date, any cancellation or modification is penalized with 50% of the full value of the package.
Less than 20 days before the arrival date, the packages become non-refundable and any modification or cancellation is penalized with the equivalent of the entire stay.
PAYMENT DEADLINE
- 50% avans in momentul comenzii ferme si diferenta de 50% se achita pana la date de 22.04.2024.
- Pentru inscrieri dupa data de 22.04.2024 se achita integral valoarea pachetului.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS
- If the authorities impose the cancellation of any party or limit its performance to a restricted number, we reserve the right to cancel its organization and the value of the festive dinner of approx. 200.00 RON per person will be converted into an account sheet that can be consumed in our restaurant or bar, throughout the stay.
