ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- For rooms with a mountain view, a supplement of 60.00 RON/room/night has to be paid.
- Children up to 7 years of age benefit from free accommodation and breakfast (no extra bed), and at the restaurant they will have a place at the table without a menu. You can opt for a children's menu, which has to be specified at the time of booking.
- Children between the ages of 7 and 12 will pay a supplement of 420 lei (with a seat at the table, children's menu included and extra bed)
- Children between the ages of 12 and 16 will pay a supplement of 540 lei (with a seat at the table, children's menu included and extra bed
- Children over 16 years of age are subject to the conditions of the adult rate and will pay a supplement of 720 lei (with a seat at the table, menu included and extra bed)
- The structure of the double rooms allows only one extra bed (extendable armchair).
- Local taxes are not included (safety tax 6.00 RON per person, tourist tax 2% of the total value of the accommodation).
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Reservations can be canceled free of charge 30 days before the arrival date.
Between 30 days and 20 days, before the arrival date, any cancellation or modification is penalized with 50% of the full value of the package.
Less than 20 days before the arrival date, the packages become non-refundable and any modification or cancellation is penalized with the equivalent of the entire stay.
PAYMENT DEADLINE
- 50% advance at the time of the order and the difference of 50% is paid until 01.04.2023.
- For registrations after 01.04.2023, the package value must be paid in full.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS
- If the authorities impose the cancellation of any party or limit its performance to a restricted number, we reserve the right to cancel its organization and the value of the festive dinner of approx. 200.00 RON per person will be converted into an account sheet that can be consumed in our restaurant or bar, throughout the stay.
